Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service is currently running a consultation on four proposed objectives that will help guide the way we provide our services to communities across the county and best support our staff.Â
Â
The four proposed Equality Objectives outline ways in which we aim to provide a more accessible service, retain talent and promote opportunities across the fire and rescue sector.Â
Â
We are setting Equality Objectives to ensure that we can provide a more focussed, accessible and effective service to all communities across Berkshire in line with our statutory requirements.Â
Â
As representatives of one of the communities that we serve, we would greatly appreciate your feedback on the proposed objectives. Ultimately, all the feedback we get will help us to create a more effective fire and rescue service.Â
Â
If you’d like to take part, please visit our website for more information. Alternatively, if you have any questions, please let us know and we’d be happy to help.
Â
Kind regards,
Â
